All aboard your brand new Virgin Holidays Cruises blog. Some of you will be familiar with blogs, you may even have your own, but some of you will wonder what on earth this is all about.

Don’t worry, it’s not something to be afraid of, far from it. This is a place where we can forget about the formalities we so often find ourselves bound by and relax into polite conversation.

We are going to publish a variety of articles here. Everything from cruises we’ve been on, cruising hints, tips and guides to comments about the industry and whatever else is on our mind.

We’ve also brought onboard some experienced cruise writers to post guest articles. These include regular features by Travelmole Editor Phil Davies and long time cruiser, writer and cigar aficionado James Leavey.

We’re not going to bang on about cruising the whole time though. Hopefully you’ll appreciate a bit of variety as we explore other areas of travel and beyond.
