Phil Davies

Freelance travel industry journalist Phil Davies runs a consultancy offering a combination of writing skills and industry knowledge to companies both in the travel sector and outside.

Phil has been a journalist for 30 years with experience in both weekly and daily newspapers and online news.

He is former editor of the UK’s leading travel industry weekly news magazine Travel Trade Gazette and current editor of online news service www.TravelMole.com.

Phil is a regular contributor to the Daily Telegraph’s travel news section, Timesonline and provides editorial content to travel agencies in the cruise sector.

He has also edited customer magazines and in-house journals for cruise agencies and cruise lines.

Phil assists travel companies in preparing strategies, PR plans, media training, newsletters and internal communications.
